What services do you offer?
We provide boiler installation, boiler repairs, annual servicing, diagnostics and fault finding, thermostat and controls, radiator and pressure issues, and Landlord Gas Safety Certificates (CP12).
Are your engineers Gas Safe registered?
Yes. All work is carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers with photo ID available on arrival.
Which areas do you cover?
We are based in Dunfermline and cover Fife, Edinburgh, Dundee, Perth, and Glasgow.
How quickly can you attend?
We offer same day repairs where possible and 24/7 emergency callouts for urgent heating or hot water issues.
How much does a repair or service cost?
Pricing is clear and agreed before work starts. We provide a fixed price boiler service and transparent repair rates after initial diagnosis. No hidden extras.
What is included in a boiler service?
Safety checks, flue gas analysis, combustion and pressure tests, inspection of key components, filter clean where fitted, and a service record for warranty or landlord compliance.
Do you issue Landlord Gas Safety Certificates (CP12)?
Yes. We carry out the required checks and issue a CP12 certificate for landlords. We can also service the boiler at the same visit.
Which boiler brands do you install or repair?
We work with all major gas boiler brands and will recommend a model that fits your home, usage, and budget.
How does a new boiler installation work?
We survey your home, recommend the right size and model, provide a written quote, remove the old unit, fit the new boiler and flue, set up controls, commission the system, and register the warranty and Gas Safe notification.
Do you install smart thermostats?
Yes. We can supply and set up smart controls to help improve comfort and efficiency.
What should I do if I smell gas?
Turn off the gas at the meter if safe to do so, open doors and windows, do not use switches or flames, and call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999. Then contact us for follow up checks and repairs.
How do I book and what are your hours?

Emergency repairs: 24 hours. Routine appointments: daytime and early evening.
Payment and cancellation
We confirm costs before work starts and provide a receipt. For non emergency bookings, please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or move your appointment.
